10 x 10 Challenge: What I Would Wear in a Spring Edition

What I would wear in a spring edition of a 10x 10 challenge.

10 items x 10 days. How hard could it be? When I read recently read the blog post by Logan over on her blog, The Peculiar Porter, I was intrigued. Logan made this challenge seem so easy and so fun, I thought why not give it a try! The challenge starts with 10 different clothing pieces and combining those into outfits for 10 days. At first, I thought this would be so difficult! How could you only use 10 items in 10 days, but after putting some thought into this challenge, I thought I could do this!

I have a habit of not shopping my own closet and when I get bored of my older belongings, I buy stuff. The challenge originally started by Lee of the Style Bee, is fascinating to read about here. Right now I’m at school (almost done with finals!) and I think that it would be hard to do this challenge, but it could be fun to write a post on what I could wear.

I took the recommended guidelines from Lee and then advice from Logan to put together what I think is my perfect capsule of clothing. According to the guidelines accessories do not account for the “count” for the week, so I would accessorize these outfits with fun earrings, necklaces, scarves, and different belts!

The suggested items include:

2 pairs of shoes, 4 tops, 1 dress, 2 bottoms, + 1 top layer

If you have any questions, definitely check out Logan’s or Lee’s blog post as they have done the challenge before!

The products I would wear are linked below:

1 pair ofconverse

1 pair ofblack booties

1 striped shirt(similar)

1 longblack cardigan (similar)

1 whitebutton down

1 pairblack jeans

1 pairdark wash jeans

1Jacket (similar)

Thanks for reading!

  1. I absolutely love your picks, Angie! I’m already brainstorming all of the different ideas on how you can great outfits from this pick. The chambray and white button down would be perfect for making multiple outfits. If I do this challenge again I would definitely incorporate a second button down because I found the one I used so versatile. Love this post! 💕
